Hathway boardband Chennai - Modem Device Collected

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Hathway services regarding two ongoing and unresolved issues that have caused significant inconvenience. Firstly, despite returning the modem/router to Hathway's authorized representative on [insert return date], I have been receiving repeated communication from their customer service team claiming that the device has not been returned. I have already provided the confirmation slip as proof of the return, yet the issue persists, and I am still being harassed with unnecessary emails and calls. Secondly, I am yet to receive the refund of the deposit I paid at the time of subscribing to Hathway services. Despite making several inquiries, I have received no response or update on the status of this refund. Both issues remain unresolved despite my continued attempts to get them addressed through Hathway’s customer service team.

I request immediate action to verify that the modem/router has been returned and confirm that no further action is required from my side. Additionally, I request prompt processing of my pending deposit refund, with clear communication regarding its status. This situation has been ongoing for an unacceptable amount of time, and I urge your team to assist in resolving these matters urgently.

Please find attached the necessary supporting documents, including the confirmation slip for the return of the modem/router and the email correspondence with Hathway’s customer service. I appreciate your prompt attention to this complaint.
