I purchased fastrack reflex *.* from flipkart. the seller is tech connect retail private limited with an order ID OD****************** on **-**-****. After few days it stopped working. I went to the nearest customer care center and they asked about me the invoice. I've shown the invoice but they said the model number is not mentioned in the invoice, we wont accept your complaint. Right now i am unable to claim the warranty because of wrong invoice.
