Tech-connect Retail Private Limited - Humming sound in Aux mode for my boAt Avantee sound bar

I bought boAt Aavante Bar **** **w sound on *th Oct ****. After * months I observed that it is having a humming sound coming out of the speaker in both Aux and bluetooth mode. Following are the complaints raised on the boAt complaint's page with mobile number **********. None of them are not showing as active on your website.

After this complaint was raised I got a call from a **/* support executive. They raised new motherboard request on my complaint number, he visited my house and said it is a motherboard issue and will replace it by taking my sound bar to his repair center. Till now no one had called me.
Second complaint: T- *******
No response No status
Called to your customer care executive ***-****-**** couple of times she said our sound bar team will get back to you. No one done that

No response No status
