I have made a payment of Rs..**/ through my bank account online for top up of BSNL mobile no.********** on **/**/****. But top up not activated, So please kindly return the money to my bank account. In your site it is clearly mentioned that if it failure the amount will be returned with in ** hours. So far the money has not been credited in my bank acvcount
