I had recharged for my BSNL Mobile No.********** of Rs.***.** on **.**.**** at **.**.** Hours but sorry to say that recharge could not be done since then. On inquiry, it was informed by your representative that the amount of Rs.***.** shall be credited to my Bank Account from where it was debited within ** days. Till date I have not received back the amount. Please look into in and do the needful.
