I purchased a mobile phone of redmi note * on *.**.****.On *.*.**** the second slot was not working. I went to the authorised mobile servicing centre at VIZIANAGRAM. They told me that the main board wasn't working and replaced it. But in a month, the same complaint was occurred. I went to the same shop and they told me that the main board wasn't working again and they could not replace it as the warranty period has gone. I mailed to the Head office. They chatted with me but no action was taken.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
