Anurag Agarwal filed complaint against Redmi note3 on Jul 24, 2018
I purchased the Redmi Note* from Amazon vide Invoice number: MH-BOM*-*********-***** on **th September ****.
Yesterday on **/**/**** *:**PM, My Mother faced a horrible situation where the Mobile got blasted and luckily she had a narrow escape though having the minor injuries.
The mobile wasn't overcharged and it charged a day before and the battery was **% only.
She had the mobile in a purse in her hand when it got blasted. As I result of the incident she suddently thrown away the purse and she got her saree burnt and few burn marks on her hand.
Its sad as we are relying on the companies to provide us the quality products and looking forward for Digital India. People will be reluctant to use the mobile if such cases are frequent and that will be spoil teh Digital India plan.
I heard lots of complaints earlier but no-one will take it seriously until it happen to them. It could have been worst if it was in the bare hands/pockets/close to ear whilst talking. I want the government to take serious action against the companies where such things are happening and there won't be any loss to person's health/life.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
