I Purchased a Motorola Mobile Phone and it was delivered to me on *nd August and now after * months the mobile phone start hanging and due to that the mobile phone got a scratch and due to this the Flip kart and Motorola is denying to help me in any way and is charging Money to Help me. I want to know that when my mobile is in * year warranty period why would company charge me. Who be held responsible for selling such cheap mobile to customer and why is company is not helping poor customers such as us.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
