Xiaomi mi - Mobile phone blasted

On **/*/**** I plugged in charger to my mobile, after ** minutes suddenly mobile was blasted, fire came out from mobile with huge smoke and smell was purely chemical. Mobile was blasted and shaped out. After that I complaint through xiaomi (mi) online customer support service and Suggest me to go near mi service centre. They took my phone gave me a details with complaint details paper. And I sent the pictures and video of blasted mobile via email to the xiaomi mail address. Then next day i got reply from them that is, they can't do any thing about the blasted phone. Here I am asking them that is mobile blasted which the fault is inner default. This brand is not producing good service and quality products. Xiaomi can't Maintain minimum safety of human being's daily using product(mobile). Here I am complaining on xiaomi company. I hope I will get justice for this case, thank you.
