JAY SHAH filed complaint against Lenovo on Jul 20, 2017
Dear Madam/Sir, I had given my mobile lenovo vibe x* on **th june, **** to lenovo service center at irla near prime mall, mumbai, so when i went there they told me that we will have to change the motherboard and it would take * days to do it. So after * days i called them up and they were like it would take another * days as part (Motherboard) is not available. Yet this was acceptable.
But after * more days they told me that part has yet not come. So after yaht also i waiter for another week.
After that on hearing the same thing, i was furious and then i called up on the lenovo complaint number they told me that part here was showing that it is waiting for pickup, so he kept me online and called up the service center at irla concerning this, where the manager at that center said that the part was lost during transportation so we have requested for the new part.
After listening to that, then i was told that if the service center does not do it within * days, then we will take strict action against them.
Now it is over * days and when i called the service center they said that part has yet not come, i was like why so he was like the part has not been delivered (And the last time he said that the part was lost in transportation),
So wait for another few days.
So i again called lenovo on their complaint number and then i spoke to a person named priya she kept the person at the service center and me on the line (So like a conference call) and during this call the person at the service center told me infront of (Priya) that your mobile is ready for pickup.
After that then a call comes from lenovo service center (At irla), sorry sir, your phone has yet not been done as part is not available. They are playing such cheap games to get away.
After that i called up the lenovo service center, there the person told me matter has been escalated to a higher team, you will be contacted within ** hours so i waited, did not get any response within ** hrs and then i again i called up, then again they told me the same thing, and so it is almost a month and i have yet not received my phone for which i had paid *****.
When I called on **th july, **** and yet i got the same reply.
Today is the **th July and on **th July I was assured from Lenovo service center after a lot of hassles that as your part is not available you will be receiving a new boxed piece phone latest by next week.
I again waited and the same thing persists .
They just keep prolonging it and seem to be least bothered.
Over a month without a phone still counting, one of the worst companies ever and will never buy from LENOVO again.
Lenovo do not make mobiles for which parts are not available.
Lenovo has the worst after sales service.
