Order ID: OD******************; I have not received the mobile. How come your seller says I've received the mobile. Please provide the exact proof on which basis the seller saying they have delivered the product, Do not harass a customer for your internal issues. I've raised the complaint as soon as I received the box. Charger and Mobile all were missing. Moreover, your own executive said Flipkart assured product means Flipkart will resolve the problem. Then why or how the seller denied? Is it because the product is not in stock anymore?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
