Shoopkaart.com - Mobile not delivered

I made a purchase of Realme X worth Rupees *****/-from a online portal called shoopkaart.com on **th of July. After making the successful payments, i received a confirmation text message and on August *st they made the shipment. I supposed to get the delivery on *rd of August and waited till evening.When i called them they said they deliver it on *th @ **:**. On *th, i called @ **:** pm saying i haven't received the mobile phone and they said to me to wait for * more hours and you will get the delivery. Unfortunately no one has turned up till this time and i made a number of calls to the given number on website and all the time the call was dropping. This is a fake website and their plan is to loot the customers money. Their corporate office is based in Banglore and their store in Telangana. I do have all the proofs regarding this matters.
