The second time the same problem happened.
On the *th of July I have booked a Redmi Note * Pro (Neptune Blue, *** GB) with order no:
OD************** on Flipkart with Seller: SuperComNet and by paying ₹**,***.** (Actual Price ₹*****.**) with an exchange of my old mobile with an exchange value of Xiaomi Redmi Note * IMEI: ****************** ₹*,***.** and pick up charge ₹***.** from Flipkart and was expecting its deliver on *th of July ****.
I got the call from the delivery boy on *th July for the delivery of the same which I rescheduled for *th July ****. Upon his arrival, Mr Naresh from Begumpet rejected my exchange mobile and left my place without giving me the handset as per his exchange policy and even after me offering him cash as per the Flipkart policy to buy the phone by paying cash if exchange rejected and advise me to contact the customer service of Flipkart.
Below is the conversation with Flipkart which I did for the exchange of my old mobile. On *th of July ****, upon contacting the Flipkart they requested me to send the photos of my old phone as per the guideline they send which I did.
On the *th of July ****, they emailed me for the acceptance of my exchange as per the images I have sent. If any changes then I can pay **** and collect the mobile.
I received the following message
(Hi,
We're writing to you about your order OD****************** for Redmi Note * Pro (Neptune Blue, *** GB) which you've purchased under an exchange offer. You'll be happy to know that the wish master will attempt delivery of the Redmi Note * Pro (Neptune Blue, *** GB) within the next * business days. They will also complete the pickup of the exchange item at the same time after examining the device as per the exchange guidelines. If there is a difference between the images shared for validation and the actual condition of the phone the Wishmaster will take the final decision based on checks performed at your doorstep. In case the product fails the checks, we request you to take the Redmi Note * Pro (Neptune Blue, *** GB) by paying the exchange product amount of Rs. ****/-.
You will get an update through an email and SMS once the Wishmaster is out to deliver your product.

**th July the order has been cancelled with this email.
Hi,
As requested by you the seller has cancelled your order OD****************** for the below-listed item. To get this item you could place a new order through our app or website. Refund amount ₨. *****.*
The amount you have paid for the cancelled item will be refunded. We will notify you via email and SMS when the refund is processed. When I contacted them with chat the below detail.
As I can check product was returned by the courier service provider and it was not cancelled as per your request.

Even after that, your company doesn't have the shame to say to me (as per your request, the seller has cancelled this product).

My complain and request to the court is:
*. Flipkart and the seller should compensate for my loss of time and deliver my phone as promised without any excuse.
*. Their statement changes every time.
