I had purchased this samsung galaxy j* handset a month ago. I had software and battery heating issues hence plus the screen of the product also was damaged. The company allotted a technician visit for me but the person did not pay a visit and I kept waiting for * weeks. Rather the technician and the company updated a false info stating the issue got resolved on the **th of Aug. I called up the company again and they assured me of returning the product and told me to wait till **th Aug. Today they called and said they cant help me with my problem.
