This is in regards to my recent purchase of One Plus Nod * T mobile.I bought this mobile from this CP store delhi.I have been facing screen freeze and lagging and charger pin issue.I took mobile to your service centre in CP they reset my data and said that you won't experience this problem any further still i am facing the same problem.I am very disappointed in my purchase from your company and want a replacement for the same.Kindly look into this matter.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
