sir,
i was purchase a mobile set dated on **.**.****. but within * month its touch was not working, so i send the set to service center dated on **.**.**** by Fedex courier company by tracking no. ************.
But still i have not got any deliverd detail nor any satisfied answer by service center agents.
they are only astray to me that mobile set is on the way. but still i have not received my parsel.
you are requested please solve my problem against this.
I will be very grateful for you.
