10 Or G - Faulty device returned as replacement and returning my device without doing any repair for 3 times

have placed a repair request WYBB*DGEF* and a replacement device has been given for which I paid **** rupees. I have received a faulty device from your side as replacement in which there is issue with the network connections, I have placed the following repair requests for the faulty device I received. The following are the reference id's for the requests : SSWDY**R**, **OPMUOAY*, PHIJ*DTJDW, ***JJSRNVA. The device has been returned to me without doing any repair at all on all the before mentioned requests. Since * months I'm suffering with these people. Now I have raised another repair request Ref ID: VRNCA**AJR for the *th time. I'm fed up with these people. Please help
