I purchased one Mivi Collar Bluetooth Headset and one pair of Wired earphones from their site (Order ID R*********)
but when I received the package on **th June **** it had two pairs of wired earphones.I reported it to Mivi via Email on the same day with the photographs of the package received along with the earphones.Ticket#****** was created but even after multiple followups I have not received any update from Mivi till today.Phone Support number provided just rings out.
