I contacted Mivi that their Collar Flash stopped working and they said they will arrange for reverse pickup. Once it was pickup up, I've been mailing them to ask for replacement status but their support doesn't respond to any of my mails. This process has been going on for more than a month. Mivi is a fraudulent company and I urge everyone to never buy any of their products.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
