On ** July I registered complaint on Mivi support that my earphones are not working properly and since they are warranty I want it to be replaced or repaired. So I mailed them my earphones on * August and it reached them on * august and since then they are not replying to my emails. Once they send that they will ship it in ** hours but again they didn't. After that they send me some wrong tracking number of a delhivery courier which was already cancelled and told me that the earphones will come via that courier and when I told them that the courier is already cancelled they again started to ignore the emails and didn't respond. I want my repaired earphones back or get them replaced as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
