Mivi - Mivi not Providing After sales Support

I bought a Mivi F** ear pod which was purchased from Flipkart and after few days the left ear pod stopped working and not charging so I reached out to Mivi Customer care on email and they contacted me to ship the product to their address which I did and then after few days they received the product and then they said they will check it and then they said they will repair it so they did and sent me back the product so after few days of receiving the product left ear pod stopped working and so I again raised a ticket on their website and now they say the cannot service my product.
now I am Helpless and worried.
