Manas filed complaint against Mivi on Aug 14, 2020
I ordered MIVI collar from Amazon a month back on **th july it got delivered. I was satisfied with product untill ** august when suddenly it stopped working . Even though it's charging the power button is not responding at all. The product is under one year warranty. I tried to contact support team through mail cause that's only option MIVI has provided to resolve issues. If you call the helpline number that only tells you you redirect to mail. The support team is as unresponsive as the device MIVI sold me. After a while they finally asked for the order ID and when I mail them my invoice they went mute. It's nerve wrecking when you are treated like this by a company that trusted.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
