I purchased Mivi Collar Classic Wireless Earphones on **.**.** vide order no. R*********. But it creates problem of not working properly (left ear not working) since **.**.**. I had lodged a complaint on **.**.** vide ticket ID ******. Mivi picked up the packet on **.**.** i.e. after ** days. Now from **.**.** i,e, after * month the same is not received by me after repair. Whenever I asks for status from Company through email they replied every time the same thing that "It will take some more time to get an update from the testing team". Is this type of service Mivi provides to its customers. This is ridiculous on the part of the Company.
