Just Dial Ltd - Misuse of my details

My business (The Spoken English Club) was listed in just dial free listing. A month ago they called me to convert my add to premium membership then they asked me to pay **,***/-. As the business is very small it was impossible for me to pay them Rs- **,***/- at a time. After that, they started calling me every day for paying money. On **/*/**** I noticed that my business name, phone number & photos have been changed by someone. My business name changed to 'new spoken English club' but I can see all *** reviews given by my student. Now I have lost all control due to change my original phone number. Now I cannot edit/delete my ad. I become disappointed how is this possible without OTP? Then I called the newly changed no.(**********) a man received my call and informed me that Mr Alom (manager of Just dial ltd Murshidabad W.B ) has sold me the page with Rs **,***/-. He gave Mr Alom's phone number(**********) to contact him. I called Mr Alom on that phone no and requested to delete the reviews. He told me I can't do that if you don't register your business and now you have to pay ***** + GST, he will change the number to my original number and everything will be same like before only if I pay the money to them. From that time I complained Just Dial customer care several times but did not get any resolution. My business was listed in just dial free listing section, if I am unable to pay money then Just Dial can delete my complete advertisement, but why should they abuse my business review? Its harassment and new way to collect money from people. My name is also mentioned in many reviews. Please help to delete my *** reviews.
