Nobroker - Mistreatment and lack of professionalism by NoBroker

Some of the issues I’ve faced so far:

• Even after informing them well in advance about my move-in timing, the keys were not arranged on time. My movers and I were left waiting outside the tower for over an hour, they charged me extra for the wait.

• Since I had requested to move in one day earlier, I was assured that the flat would be cleaned before or on the day of my move-in. However, NoBroker has still not arranged any cleaning support. We are currently living in unhygienic conditions, with so much trash from the previous tenants still present in the house.

• There is also a severe cockroach infestation in the kitchen. At night, they are everywhere, making the space extremely difficult to use. We have not been able to cook, get water purifier or use the kitchen in any way because of this. we have been forced to eat every meal outside or order in, while also depending on purchased drinking water because basic living conditions are still not in place.


• I was assured that maintenance support would be sent on the same day as my move-in. Today is Day *, and nobody has come or provided any meaningful update. And now are saying will come on sunday. take leave from work repeatedly because NoBroker keeps assuring us that people will arrive “today,” requiring us to stay back and wait endlessly. The constant delays, miscommunication, and lack of accountability have made this one of the most stressful moving experiences ever.
