I have ordered for * quantity, but received only *, I was on medical leave so could not raise the issue immediately, when I reported the issue within the return timeline, executive registered a complaint, but the email reply said refund will not happen.
I contacted the customer care for help no proper response, when asked to transfer to supervisor all agents failed for the same, email team had called but pathetic response.
Meesho didn't even investigate
