Awb No:- ************** I ordered two quantity in this order but package i got consist of only one quantity, since I also wanted to return that received quantity so I initiated retuen request and also informed customer care of meesho about missing quantity .At that time they told me that I will got refund of one quantity ( which I returned ) and for missing quantity I need to lodge a complain. complain was lodged but yesterday I got a email stating that " Meesho is not able to issue a refund since my return frequency is high" . I am not able to understsand why they are relating case of missing quantity with high return frequency. whatever product I returned I alaways followed retun policy. They have not mention anywhere that if return frequency is higher they will not refund any amount of missing product also
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
