I had ordered * items (* pair of Jeans and * shoes) amounting to ****.** Rupees. Of these , i received the delivery of * items only. The shoe worth Rs.**** was not delivered. Neither the delivery agent nor the customer service executive has given a satisfactory response as to why this hasn't been delivered. Moreover , in a really irresponsible manner , he has brushed off my complaint saying that they were not responsible for the missing item. Who else is responsible, I would like to ask. This kind of passing the buck attitude is not what we have come to associate Myntra with and this , therefore is totally unacceptable . I am not asking for a refund here. I would like to know why the product was not delivered and would like for it to be delivered to me as soon as possible . Or if the Myntra management is telling that they have sent it successfully , what proof they have
to show that I have collected the product.Justice is what customers like me asks for.
