Myntra Design Pvt Ltd - Missing Product in package

I am purchased a rust orange kurta with trousers of brand all about you against order no . *******- ******* -*******.I was requested for exchange of size and exchange package is deliver to me on *rd July ****. When I was opened the packet, trouser is missing from the package and i am received only kurta. I am immediately contacted to customer care of myntra after opening the packet and raise the concern to myntra but there customer support executive denied to raise a complaint because ** hours expire after delivery as per there policy. My product is eligible for ** days return and even we are not opened the packet for * to * days due to covid ** precautions .I request you to take necessary action on this matter . Since in this circumstances of pandemic in the country ,it is the complete mental harassment with the customer and wastage of consumer time and money.
