Jabong - Missing product delivered and refused to refund

I order product on ** March from Jabong app and delivered the product on ** March. But when I opened the order it was full of paper nothing else. I raised a complaint regarding this on ** March that I have received a missing product. I got the reply from Jabong that product was delivered after proper stringent and they will not accept any claim. Now I have paid for the product which I don't receive. Please help me with this issue.
