I had ordered two customized name necklaces from BLUESWIFT (a company in Mumbai). The parcel came under Ship Rocket management in Mumbai on **rd August and was delivered in Surat on **th August. The problem is that only one necklace was received and the other one is still missing. There is no reply from the Ship Rocket management and they are completely ignoring the calls and the mails. That parcel cost me Rs *** and I still don't know what has happened to my parcel...
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
