Cine Maverick filed complaint against Ship rocket on May 9, 2022
Hi,
My Parcel AWB: ************(carrier partner Amazon surface), has consignee address of PVR Limited in Hyderabad, Telangana. As per the POD provided by Shiprocket, The parcel is delivered to "inn style" at Chennai.
I have been contacting Shiprocket support since the intimation by Consignee about Not-receipt of parcel, but no resolution provided.
How shiprocket is so irresponsible that they delivered my Parcel not only at some different location but in a different state.
I want my parcel to be returned/Delivered to consignee or in case of failure, reimbursement of the order value
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
