Shein.in - Missing items in the package that company was not delivering or refunding

It might have happen to is several times when we buy some stuffs online and faced an awful experience which doesn't seem to be agreeing with us. Its not about only the money, but this complaint is suggesting a very bad and disappointing experiences that we face by the frauds of e-commerce firms.
On **th June ****, I have purchased total ** items with the order# XPK***** via online payment, and the items were separated into two different shipments. The first shipment has ** items and the other one had remaining **. I have received the first shipment on **th June **** which supposed to have ** items in it, however there were two missing items in the package. So I contacted the support team, took an appointment so that they would call me regarding this issue and meanwhile I have dropped a return request for few of the items which I didn't like. The very next day the return package was picked up and I returned it with the original package in which it was delivered. After no calls received from the support team, I have approached them via their chat support on **th June ****. The same day I have received the response from one of their executive asking me to send the front side picture of the package, which I have already shared with them on the day of raising the complaint. I have told them that this was the only picture I could provide at that moment because the original package has already been returned. The executive stated that there's no way they could help me with this if I won't be able to provide them the picture of the package. I asked him then why they're charging extra for shipping insurance if they are unable to track any missing item or package, he kept on giving me some silly excuses that their warehouse has been shifted so they won't be able to track the package in which the items were returned. I told him that I am already very disappointed with my purchase from their site, because they have already cancelled my second shipment due to custom clearance issues and the other shipment has missing items. I asked him if either they deliver me the missing items or provide me the refund. However he was being adamant on stating there is no way he could help me. After insisting and asking why they don't mention these kind of warning on their website, he agreed on escalating my complaints further and asked me contact the support team after *-* business days. So I contacted them after * days to know about the status of my complaint. I have received the response claiming that they have investigated and found out that all the items in that package has been delivered. I asked them how did they manage to investigate that because earlier their executive was saying that there's was no way they could track down the package with out the picture.
As of today I still haven't received any significant response from their end.
