Supertails.com - Missing items and charged more than MRP

I have order * sachets of Diarest. I have recieved only * sachet. The MRP printed on the sachet is ₹**. I have been charged ₹***. I want to return the sachet and receive refund. I want them to be held accountable for charging more than MRP.
