Nagarjuna Nampalli filed complaint against Myntra on Sep 11, 2020
I have ordered four products from Myntra * trousers, * t-Shirt and * Shirt.
Out of which * T-Shirt got delivered first. The second package suppose to contain two trousers and a Shirt but it had only one trouser and one shirt. Also the package is sealed with brown tape which is not normal which I got to know from Myntra. When I raised the complaint to Myntra they are closing it with response saying it is declined.
When I havent received why should I loose my Money. Please help me in getting the missing item or refund.
