I had ordered the Realme * (Dynamic Black, ** GB) from Flipkart in Independence sell on August **, ****. I have been delivered an empty box of used one plus phone inside the package on August **, ****, around **.** pm. Immediately, I called the customer service centre and registered a complaint about the delivery.
Today I received the reply via mail "Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand". After this mail, I tried calling them for more than ** minutes. Initially, I was informed that my details are not getting fetched. I am not able to login into my account to request a call back from them. I am not able to understand what to do further. Please help me out.
