Meesho - Missing item and they aren t picking it up saying I selected the wrong reason and that it is failing

Only one item from the pack of two was delivered. I raised a return request through Meesho, clearly stating that the pack was incomplete. However, the Delhivery delivery person rejected the pickup, citing that only one item cannot be picked up. The delivery person was also rude during the interaction, I have raised two complaints about misbehaviour too. Meesho support initially confirmed the return request was correct and assured me the item would be picked up the next attempt but Delhivery has since stated they will not pick up the item because “only one item won’t meet QC requirements.” Where do I get full item from? I wouldn't even have returned it if I got the full thing. Meesho support has now asked me to wait ** hours and submit the request again, despite Delhivery refusing outright. It's very unfair that I have received an incomplete order through no fault of my own, and I am being forced to either forfeit the missing item or repeatedly follow up due to conflicting instructions between Meesho and Delhivery.
