Syed filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on May 10, 2019
HDFC had promised me a loan at **.**%apr and processing fee of *.*% for * lakhs. They made me close my other consumer durable loans to do this. Now they are denying giving me a loan on **.**% and say they can process it at **.**% only. I have the call records, images of application and conversation screenshots.
I have also sent emails to the grievance team of HDFC to check and get back to me and also updated the same on the Twitter page and other social networking. I'm planning to raise the case with banking ombudsman also if they do not help me. Loan reference: ********.
