buyjus - Misselling and Mis information of Buyjus

In continuation to the aforesaid subject I would like to inform you that I am totally disappointed by the quality of service  I am receiving from  Byju's, which is India's unicorn educational company.

I am disheartened to inform you that I have been cheated by the sales person who pitched us the product for my Child.This is really unfortunate that the promises made during the sales pitch and the services we are receiving are totally mismatching.
We have subscribed for * years pack of class *,* and * from the month of Dec ****.
I have informed in the salesperson and mentor not less then ** times that my child is in ICSE Board and our educational session at Tripura is Jan to Dec.

My son is promoted to class * in this current session.
As per promise he was supposed to get fresh classes for a fresh batch for class *.But unfortunately he has been added to a old batch (Those who appeared class * final exam) with existing students of class *.So, I think it is clear to you people that it is not adding any value to his studies.

Even none of you bother whether student attend the class or not.

IN February they have again activated the classes for * .After several follow up they re-activated for class *,but no classes assigned in March-April.
