buyjus - course not activated and false information is provided by the counselor just to make me applied for

I am writing to file an official complaint regarding a significant issue I have encountered with BuyJu's, an online learning platform. I am a student who purchased a CAT course extension from BuyJu's, and I have faced multiple problems with their service and customer support.

On **th of july, I applied for a CAT course extension and made a payment of **,*** rupees as instructed by one of their executives named siddarth. The executive assured me that the course would be activated within a day. However, it has been * days since the payment, and I still have not received access to the course materials.

To make matters worse, after the payment was made, the executive suddenly stopped responding to my calls and messages. Prior to the payment, he was in constant communication with me, but now he has become completely unresponsive. This unprofessional behavior has left me feeling deceived and neglected as a customer.

I have attempted to resolve the issue by contacting BuyJu's customer support through various means, including emails and phone calls. However, their responses have been inadequate, and they have been requesting the same information repeatedly, despite me providing all the necessary details and proof of payment.

As a student preparing for the CAT examination, the delayed activation of the course extension has significantly hindered my progress and put me at a considerable disadvantage. I have invested both my time and money in BuyJu's CAT course, and their failure to provide the promised service has caused me immense frustration and stress.

I am reaching out to this complaint forum in the hope of obtaining a resolution to this issue. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring that BuyJu's takes immediate action to activate the CAT course extension or provide a refund of the amount paid.
