Airtel - Misselling and false promises

Airtel sold me *G plans and services without providing *G internet facilities in my area. made false promises that I will get *G unlimited internet but my data pack is being consumed.

I have raised multiple complaints to higher authorities but till today no help is givenn its been more then ** days now. Only * gb is left out of *** gb data. Where is my unlimited internet which I claimed through airtel thanks app. How will I do my office work if my data gets over. I dont have any broadband at home. I am dependent on mobile internet only. I am not getting what I have been promised.

Call center person (Vijay from Glowing star corporation which is third party call center of airtel, Jaipur) who sold me this postpaid connection, he told me that my used data will be reverted back. but they are not giving my data back. I have all the call recording and proofs
