I am filing this complaint regarding the extremely disappointing and misleading stay experience at Fab Hotel Yellow Mist Home Stay. The room provided was completely different from what was shown during booking, which amounts to misrepresentation.
Promised amenities that were not provided:
Free Wi-Fi
Free toiletries
Clean towels
In-house kitchen
Toilet paper
Mineral water bottle
Power backup
In addition to missing amenities, the stay had multiple issues:
Toilet flush was not working
No power backup available at all
Poor room condition and lack of basic maintenance
Customer care disconnected calls and did not provide any support
I had planned to work during the stay, but the absence of Wi-Fi and power backup caused severe inconvenience and impacted my work.
I was accompanied by ladies, and the situation became uncomfortable, embarrassing, and unsafe due to the poor facilities and lack of service.
This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever faced, and due to the negligence, false commitments, and mental stress caused, I am demanding appropriate action, a full refund, and accountability from FabHotels.
Request:
Full refund for the booking
Action against the property for misrepresentation
Assurance that such incidents do not happen to other customers
Thousands of customers like you have trusted Voxya to resolve their issues
