Fabhotel - Bad hotel provided and not refunding charges

I booked two rooms at your website and paid full advance payment. When I reached hotel, they allotted one room on the *st floor and other room on the *nd floor. The hotel did not have lift.
When I checked the room, it was dirty, stinky and had no ventilation/windows. I asked the receptionist to change the room but he refused to help saying no other room is available.
I contacted the support and they assured that they will talk to hotel to look into the matter. But hotel bluntly refused to help. Having no other alternative, I booked another hotel in that area.
I lodged a support ticket to get refund but I did not receive any positive response except informing me that you will reply within ** hours. Till date I have not received refund or resolution from your company.
