They deducted Rs. **** for non availability of the following reports
* Cret reports, * ECG reports, * Tissue reports, * Xray and ** HGT reports.
Of these reports I had submitted the original copies of * ECG report, * Xray report, * Cret reports (Printout resubmitted), * Tissue report (Printout resubmitted) & ** HGT report (Original Indoor case paper and printouts resubmitted), still Rs. ****/- was only cleared out of the Rs. *,***/- (Charges of Rs. *,***/- for * ECG & * Tissue report excluded).
And there are no updates on the Original Medical bills & Prescription of Rs. **,***+ which was been deducted by Ericson TPA, claiming "No bills/prescription".
The scanned copies of the original bills had been hand delivered to their executive at their Chembur office and the other original bills and prescription were again been mailed and there have been no proper updates.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
