Ericson Tpa - Claim not approved

My insurance claim got rejected citing Naturopathy treatment as the reason.
Whereas my previous two claims got approved where the insured person got the naturopathy treatment from the same hospital in which I have been treated presently.
Both the claims got approved even though they were of Naturopathy treatment.
When the previous * naturopathy treatments were claimed under the same policy, even the present one has to be claimed on the same basis.
When continuously followed up the same with Ericson TPA team over mails and letter, they are just saying they approved previous claims by mistake. They are not even submitting a policy copy where it’s mentioned as Naturopathy treatment is non claimable. They are very unprofessional & unethical.

So I request you to kindly get my claim approved on the basis of other * approved claims which will be very much helpful to me.
