Thrillophila - Misled to book trip at thillophila

My wife discussed abt Scandinavia trip for about a week to ** days .with rhea at Thillophila . then she asked me to coordinate as the package price was fixed at ***,*** per person incl tcs at the last moment ie on Friday ** august **** .. I was on a get togather trip w my friends near Jaipur and I requested if I can pay them in Jaipur office on Monday but Rhea rep insisted to make the **% pmt on Saturday itself as trip cost May increase on coming monday .. my wife was not w me while I was given the amount as ***,***+*% tcs.. per person.. now from the day we started discussing and neither on phone nor on their website cancellation policy was mentioned.. so once I made the payment of ****** which is **% of the amount for * incl tcs .. my wife asked how much I paid .. after learning that tcs is charged extra on ***,*** she became upset and asked me to cancel the booking..

The payment was made online after logging w my google ac on a link .. only after I paid **% the cancellation policy terms became visible..

So on Monday while I was in Jaipur I wanted to cancel and get a refund and my wife also visited their office to speak about excess *% tcs charges .. after getting fake assurances from their team we returned to delhi and on Tuesday we again asked them to cancel our booking and refund our full payment as they gave us wrong pricing .. we were told all our **% payment will be forfeited .. so I decided to go ahead instead of loosing all the pmt and starting a legal fight.. however I spent all day Wednesday trying to get simple answers from them and after hours and hours of wait I got some replies and was told there is problem going on from many days with VFS global to book visa appointment slots … only after making the **% payment the link which opened next showed next instalment to be paid on ** august and final May on ** aug … I asked the Co to delay my balance payments until after getting the visa and for that they say I have to wait as they will get approval from ground team in Europe.. now I am too much hassled and just want to cancel this trip .. I need help w refund
