touchlcdhouse - Misleading Titles Defective Display of OnePlus Nord Supplied No reply is being given

I had Bought Display for my OnePlus Nord from Touchlcddisplay.com on **/**/**** and they had send me display after that was totally defective. They said that they would refund me when I return the display. However after receiving the display, firstly they won't accept for a week that they have received the display. For which I showed them the delivery page with their representatives sign and everything and even after that they would not confirm for a week that the display has been received and after they confirmed that they had received the display they would reject my refund on the basis that the lamination of the display has been removed which is totally a lie. And how can the justify rejection of warranty on the first place while supplying a defective display first. I have been trying to contact them but they are either not picking up or just saying that the descision is not in their hand. And won't let me talk to a senior person. I have all the images and call recording with them and can prove that all they are trying to do is fraud.
