Ordered touch lcd Folder for Motorola phone from this business. Prepaid delivery few days back in July ****, Received Confirmation email. As per their policy, requested part should be dispatched within ** hours. No update received on status of order from upto ** hours.
Multiple attempts were made to reach out to them. email address to connect bounce back everytime even in business hours.
On IVR no response after waiting for upto ** minutes.
Whatsapp Number is available but is also of no use . Although respose received after relentless calling That the part is not available" due to high demand".
So, went ahead on website and cancelled the order. No confirmation for cancellations or contact from them has been made Up until today ** * ****.
I am attempting to call them for over * hours, but no response and update on cancellation confirmation. Over ***+ calls made in this duration. Have left my number for there ease to connect.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
