BPCL - Misleading information while selling BPCL OCTANE SBI card

At BPCL Petrol pump Godrej LBS Marg ,Vikhroli a SBI card seller ( Mr.Amar -**********) informed that *.*% discount will be applicable if I purchase the BPCL OCATNE SBI Credit card . I asked him what will be the yearly fees , Mr.Amar said ***INR . I accepted the offer and he filled up all my details and then he asked me ,"Sir which card you would like to buy "? I asked him my dear what do you mean by which card . Then he started explaining me that one card will cost ****INR if I want *.*% discount . I told him what nonsense you told me wrong information just cancel I dont believe in you guys and I wont go ahead . I just asked him not to proceed . But the smart guy Mr.Amar he processed a file and I received a call from SBI credit team ( **********) , " Sir your card is being processed and this is a verification call " I was shocked . I told the Credit card Team Manager ( **********) that look I dont want to process becasue your person Mr.Amar has given misleading information and I lost faith in you guys because of your representative misleading information . Team Manager mujhe dhamka raha hai that If I cancel the card then my CIBIL score will reduce . Bloody hale why should I loose my credit score for the misinformation given by SBI Credit card team and I am cancelling to go ahead with SBI credit card .
BPCL and SBI credit card management team need to take this very seriously as finally you will be responsible for the act of your employees or contract guys .
