BPCL - Gas Cylinder Connection Subsidy

We have Trouble in regarding multiple connection. we are in list of consumers who have multiple connection. that's why our gas connection closed/inactive . we surrender all connections and retain only one double cylinder connection per household. i have already complaint two time on BPCL Regarding our issue but they are doing nothing from there side they said we don't received any documents from distributor. but we have submit our documents on date of ** October **** for surrender all connections and retain only one double cylinder connection per household. but the company reply they are not received. what we do now because this is too much time for this issue.we don't know who is the faker the BPCL or distributor.
we just need solution regarding this issue.
